Tower Island

Okay, its been ages since my update and to think that April will be over in a few days! I've got loads of stories to share!
My Summer has officially started (and will be over soon) and if there's one thing I really, really love about it, it's the comfort of just being home and spending time with my family.

But of course, Summer will never be complete without going to the beach! Whether it's your favorite barkada's out-of-town destination, your childhood sweetheart's first meeting place, visiting Boracay for the nth time or discovering an enchanting place that will be remembered forever. The Beach will always be a part of every pinoys agenda come Summer time.

My family is no exception! We decided to visit my grandparents in the province 'cause it's been ages since my brothers' and I had visited. My most favorite part of our vacation was when we "discovered" this little island paradise just 30-40 minutes away from my grandparents home. We rode a boat to get to the place. The boat ride cost us about 1,200php.
The island is called Tower Island because there's a tower right smack in the middle of the sea just near the white sand island. The place is actually a marine reserve of the government of Sagay. The area is strictly NO FISHING within 100 km. radius because around the island are breeding grounds of rare fishes and coral reefs too. I got the idea from my tita who's been there as well.

The island is approximately 250 meters. Yes, maliit lang! Only five cottages are available. And take note, there's no comfort room! haha! They're still developing the area.. and hopefully when we come back, it'll be more gorgeous!

My brothers! And yes, I was their photog! I kept running too just to keep up.

The place was so breathtaking! I was so happy with this shot! Do I have potential or what?! haha

You can actually see your feet under the water! There were tons of coral reefs too..

I was so nagsisisi cause I don't even have a single photo of me in that place! So sad! =(
But I was happy enough to take photos of my brothers, especially my kuya cause it's his first time to ever be in a white sand beach! hehe!
It just came into my thoughts just now that this place is perfect for anyone who wants a really nice place for proposal! Sweet! <3

I will definitely be back!
